Property Clearance Worker (Side job)

What will you be doing?

As a Clearance Operative, you are responsible for professionally clearing out residential and commercial properties. You’ll work in a variety of situations, such as relocations, estates (inheritances), or preparing properties for turnover. You ensure that everything is carried out efficiently and neatly.

Your tasks will include:

• Clearing out homes and commercial properties
• Sorting and disposing of goods (for sale, reuse, or waste)
• Dismantling furniture and removing carpets or other materials
• Delivering clean and empty properties according to the required standards
• Occasionally cleaning or performing minor repairs
