Kei Uitzendbureau is looking for a reliable Property Clearance Workr to join a specialized clearance company in the Amersfoort region!
What will you be doing?
As a Clearance Operative, you are responsible for professionally clearing out residential and commercial properties. You’ll work in a variety of situations, such as relocations, estates (inheritances), or preparing properties for turnover. You ensure that everything is carried out efficiently and neatly.
Your tasks will include:
Clearing out homes and commercial properties
Sorting and disposing of goods (for sale, reuse, or waste)
Dismantling furniture and removing carpets or other materials
Delivering clean and empty properties according to the required standards
Occasionally cleaning or performing minor repairs
WAT HEB JE NODIG?
Experience as a clearance operative is a plus, but not required
Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy work
A flexible, professional, and reliable work attitude
A valid Category B driving license is a plus
WAT KUN JE VERWACHTEN?
An hourly wage of €14.71 (from age 21 and up)
