Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Preparations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire order processing cycle, from purchasing materials and overseeing production to delivering the finished product. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of orders.

Your tasks:

Full order processing: from order intake, overseeing production, to final delivery.
Purchasing materials and products necessary for production.
Supervising the production process to ensure timely completion of orders according to specifications and requirements.
Administrative tasks such as monitoring order statuses, managing inventory, and generating reports.

WAT HEB JE NODIG?

Experience in the graphic industry or working with displays is an advantage.
Knowledge of Multipress is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and administrative tasks.
Quality-oriented: you have an eye for detail and ensure that orders are executed in line with customer requirements.
Language skills: fluency in Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of Polish is an advantage, as you will regularly communicate with Polish suppliers.
Living in Nijkerk or the surrounding area.

WAT KUN JE VERWACHTEN?

Salary: €2,880 - €3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Travel reimbursement.
